The Foundation of a Perfect Finish

Our abrasives are engineered with premium grains and strong, flexible backings to maximize performance and lifespan, reducing your overall material consumption.

Uniform Grain Structure

Precisely graded abrasive grains ensure a consistent scratch pattern, making subsequent finishing steps faster and easier.

Anti-Clogging Technology

A special stearate coating prevents dust and debris from loading the abrasive surface, extending the disc's cutting life.

Strong & Flexible Backing

Film and paper backings are engineered to resist tearing and provide excellent conformability on curved and contoured surfaces.

Choosing the Right Grit

Selecting the correct abrasive grit is crucial for achieving a professional result. Follow this guide to match the grit to the task.

Heavy Stripping & Shaping (P40 - P180)

Use lower grits for aggressive tasks like stripping paint, removing filler, and shaping body panels. These grits remove material quickly but leave a coarse scratch pattern.

Sanding & Preparation (P220 - P800)

Medium grits are for sanding body filler, preparing surfaces for primer, and scuffing for paint adhesion. Each step refines the scratch pattern from the previous one.

Finishing & Polishing (P1000 - P3000+)

Fine grits are used for wet sanding fresh clearcoat to remove imperfections like orange peel or dust nibs before polishing. This step is key to a show-car shine.
